The 2008 Cruise!
We're heading out on another adventure... this time to the Eastern Carribbean! And this time, inspired by the fact that we had representatives from 4 greyhound adoption groups join us on our last cruise, we plan to invite other greyhound groups to join us and earn funds to support their own adoption efforts!

Join us as we set sail from the Port of Miami on the Carnival Valor, one of the largest, newest ships in the Carnival Line! On Sunday, 11/30/08, we set sail and head for Nassau, the Bahamas!. We arrive on Monday, 12/1 and have several hours to enjoy the sights. Tuesday, 12/2 is a fun day at sea – the perfect opportunity to check out the ship’s casino, the swimming pools, the duty-free shopping mall, or simply to relax in the spa and enjoy a massage! Wednesday, 12/3, we arrive at St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands! Thursday, 12/4, we arrive in St. Maarten and experience both the French and Dutch cultures on one island! Then on Friday and Saturday, 12/5 and 12/6, we have two fun days at sea to take part in all of the activities, shows and of course, the meals that are available to us on the ship! It's back to Miami on the morning of Sunday, 12/7, with ample time to return to the Bay area or for those traveling to other locations, to continue their journeys home!
Don’t leave the kids at home – Camp Carnival will keep kids from 2-14 years of age entertained daily with age-appropriate activities like crafts, games, video games, dance classes, parties and more! The only downside – no greyhounds allowed! But it’s only 7 days… they’ll barely have time to miss us!
Ready to sign up? Just print off the registration form and mail it with your $25 first deposit to the address listed on the form! Also, please consider printing and distributing flyers to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers... the more the merrier and every booking helps the hounds! But DON'T DELAY! The Valor is one of the newer ships and this is a popular itinerary... the ship will be filling up FAST and we won't be able to hold our block of rooms for very long!
